We were waiting for them. Yesterday the little ones had their open morning and they loved it! I think they are going to like it here!!!
The children in Foundation 5 have recently had the special opportunity of learning something new from some of the experts in class 3.
They came to share their knowledge of plants with us and helped our children to understand what plants need to grow and live.
They then planted some rhubard with us and taught us how to take care of it. We can´t wait to try some once it grows!
It´s such a beautiful day and Nursery 2 & 3 just could not resist a chance to get out in the sun.
Would you go on a lion hunt?
They little lion hunters in Nursery 2 have been busy at work trying to see what they could find.
With their binoculars to hand, they went on a hunt around the school.
They found pictures of animals and even a lion cave.
It´s so much fun being an explorer!
Look where Nursery 3 have been!
Yesterday, the children experienced an unforgettable day at Can Montcau farm.
Feeding the animals, milking a cow, holding baby rabbits and chicks, learning where eggs come from, a picnic in the sunshine and naming the new-born chick are just a few of the things they got up to.
They had so much fun and cannot wait to go back in the near future!
We´re all set!
Rain will never stop us again from having fun outisde, now that we have our wellies and rain coats at school.
WE LOVE JUMPING IN PUDDLES!
If you were to create your own minibeast habitat, what would it look like?
What would it look like?
What materials would you use?
As part of the current Curious Kids project in Foundation 4 & 5, the children have been learning all about minibeasts and their habitats. They have been experimenting and creating some habitats of their own too.
Take a look at them in action…
Nursery 2 had such a fun day out at Les Quingles for their first ever excursion.
The children enjoyed decorating their own t shirts, playing games and visiting the animals.
We would like to say a huge thank you to the older boys from 3rd of Eso for coming along to help. What great helpers you were!
